Lubrication Route Development

Lubrication Route Development

Providing the task sequence is the third step of the lubrication program optimization, and is crucial for efficient work planning. AMRRI will start with the critical machines and evaluate them component by component in order to set up optimum sequencing for each machine. Once all of the machines are evaluated, the sequences are combined for linear route development or the most cost-effective and time-saving routes. The end result will be an efficient documented route that, if followed, will achieve long-lasting precision lubrication.

Mapping and Lubrication Task Sequence Development

Our team will locate all the machines, ensuring that the machine numbers and descriptions are accurate. A 2D map of each production department will be created, showing the location of each rotating asset/drive train in relation to other elements such as doors, stairs, tanks, elevators, etc. Working with site personnel, we will define the recommended linear sequence for technicians or operators to follow for efficient lubrication maintenance.
