By using the data and practices that were defined in the benchmark and analysis portion of the program along with AMRRI oil analysis program SOPs as a guideline and site specific reliability objectives, AMRRI can help you create a turn-key, custom designed oil analysis program.

AMRRI will send a trained and certified consultant onsite to help define all requirements for each
machine on the oil analysis program. These parameters include:

• Best sampling location (primary & secondary points)
• Test slate assignment (routine & exception)
• Sample and test frequencies
• Target cleanliness and moisture levels
• Sampling procedure development
• Assistance with lab set-up
• Define contamination control requirements
