Mike has 33+ years of practical experience in the field of industrial lubrication and equipment reliability management. He has assisted in developing reliability improvement strategies and implementing reliability centered machine lubrication programs for many well known multinational manufacturers, including Cargill, International Paper, Ford Motors, Goodyear, General Mills, Saturn, Southdown, Chemetals, Arcadian Group, Diesel Recon, and many others.
John has 40+ years in construction estimating and management, project engineering and reliability engineering. He is a senior reliability engineer with AMRRI and is MLA 2 MLT2 certified. John visits customers domestically and internationally to craft custom reliability programs.
Danny K. Smith, better known as DK, joined PLSI in 2015 after retiring with over 45+ years of accumulated service with the US Navy, Occidental Chemical and Potash Corporation. He is sharing his vast expertise in maintenance management, work system development and implementation with PLSI customers. He is MLT I and MLA I certified.

Rich has over 25 years of experience in the development of Predictive Maintenance programs and the applications of diagnostic technologies for industrial equipment. His expertise lies in the applications of Grease Sampling and Analysis, Infrared Thermography, and Lubrication Technologies.
Wendy has over 25 years of successful accounting, budgeting and cash management experience including accounting system implementation and international transactions. Wendy started her career at a Fortune 500 company and has more than 20 years experience as a CFO at smaller businesses.
With 22+ years of marketing and project management experience, Christie coordinates all of the marketing efforts and assists in the organization of the training courses. Although this is her first stint in the Reliability industry she has previous marketing experience in Real Estate, Nonprofit, Healthcare, Merchandising and Fundraising.
